The management and staff of the Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (SRDF) congratulates Kimmy Francois for her outstanding performance at the Fond St Jacques Carnival Queen Pageant on Friday Jul 28th, 2017.
The competition which was spearheaded by the Fond St Jacques Development Committee saw 5 delegates vying for the title of Miss Fond St Jacques Carnival Queen 2017.
Miss SRDF- Kimmy Francois captured the prestigious title with a total of 422 points.
According to the Executive Director, Jimmy Haynes, “We are very proud of Kimmy. She always expressed that she was confident and would win and she did not disappoint. We would like to congratulate her as well as the other ladies who participated, fantastic job!”
He added that the organisation is optimistic of its continued support towards pageantry and carnival in Soufriere.
Kimmy also captured the best in swim wear and evening wear as well as the best talent and interview awards on her way to being crowned Miss Fond St Jacques Carnival Queen 2017.
She expressed her gratitude to everyone who assisted and supported her on this journey.
This is the second crown for the SRDF.
