Gees Bon Manje is an upscale restaurant, which offers great quality food accompanied by great customer service. The restaurant offers a wide assortment of food, local dishes for both lunch and dinner menus. The company sources all its food products from local St. Lucian farmers and companies. All food is prepared fresh on a daily basis. Types of food included in the menus are local fish dishes, meats and poultry.
This Soufriere-based Restaurant and Bar has been in existence for three years. The inspiration to establish such a unique and timely restaurant is based on three truths which patrons appreciate: excellent food, great service and affordable prices.
In addition to its excellent food and fantastic services, the restaurant boasts the perfect ambience, which includes breath-taking views of the towering twin Pitons and the serene town of Soufriere below. Customers can enjoy the view of the waterfront and surrounding area, while enjoying the unique tastes of the most authentic home-cooked local cuisine in the south of the island.

Breakfast: 8.30 am to 10:30 am
Lunch: 12 noon to 4 pm
Dinner: 6 pm to 11 pm
