The open-air restaurant overlooks a breathtaking vista that is described by locals and visitors alike as perfect. Relax on one of three outdoor balconies and gaze onto the spectacular view of the Pitons, the charming town of Soufriere, the Sulphur Springs, and of course, the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - whilst savouring the very best in authentic creole cuisine.
La Haut specializes in a wide selection of local creole and international dishes, using only the finest locally grown fruits and vegetables. Enjoy the local fish specialties - flying fish, dorado, snapper and kingfish, not forgetting the fishcakes. Other specialties are clam chowder, pumpkin chips and coconut chicken.
All these dishes are prepared with fresh herbs that are grown on the plantation. The chef prides himself on preparing healthy and wholesome food using the finest and freshest ingredients.
