The Anse L’Ivrogne Beach is a pristine, natural and untouched sandy beach found at the foot of the world-renowned Gros Piton on the Soufriere/Choiseul intersecting ridge in St. Lucia.
The mountain peak which is part of an iconic twin piton range is encapsulated within a UNESCO, World Heritage site and peaks out to a 2,619 feet summit. The beach is a gem of tranquillity and boasts a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea in an unspoiled inlet cove.
The grand thrill is the adventure of trekking up the Gros Piton accent through the widely endorsed Anse LIvrogne Trail. The tour boasts breathtaking and magnificent views of the Island’s southern region, with the neighbouring island of St. Vincent peering over the deep blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The seafront haven also opens to a unique underwater experience known as a “blue hole,” a few meters off the beach’s waterline as you wade into the sea. The abrupt underwater cliff decent is a beautiful escapade for any avid diver with untouched tropical coral reef shimmering with continuous overlays of fish.
